Authentication

Pass your key as x-api-key or ?api_key=. Keys are created in Account → API and shown once.

Probability fields

All probabilities are 0–1. Per source: displayed, best_bid, best_ask, midpoint, spread, executable_buy/sell, depth. Per event: fair_probability, gap_points (percentage points), confidence, market_quality.

Rate limits & freshness

Daily request quotas by tier (Research/Professional have no API access; API 250k/day; Institutional custom). Data refreshes on a 5–15 minute ingestion cadence.

Attribution & commercial use

Display "Probability normalization powered by SkipOdds" where SkipSeek probabilities are shown. Commercial display and redistribution rights vary by tier; restricted-license venues (e.g. Kalshi until licensed) are never included in the feed.

Errors

JSON { "error": "code" } with 401 (missing/invalid key), 429 (quota), 404, 500. See methodology for definitions.
